We want to maintain and consolidate our position as a leader in Europe in the production of windmills and Made in Italy products, pursuing and guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers over time. We try to understand and satisfy their needs, in compliance with current directives and regulations, continuing to innovate to always be at the forefront and a reference in the sector.
To achieve these goals, we are aware that we must:
- Guarantee the excellence of our articles, with the best possible quality/price ratio, respecting the deliveries and aiming to do things right the first time, increasing the commitment but reducing the corrections.
- Incorporate the principle of continuous improvement into our corporate culture, pursuing the improvement of the Quality Management System defined by management.
- Consider our suppliers as essential partners of our business, involving them in our improvement program to share with them our needs and expectations, which are also those of our customers.
- Engage employees with their skills and experiences: we want those who work with us to be proud of what they do and why they do it, soliciting everyone’s input through suggestions or advice.
